The Orange Township Directories
for 1872 and 1873 show Daniel Frielinghaus operating a Brewery at the corner of White and
Jefferson Streets in Orange, New Jersey. He also lived at the same address. He
was probably the owner/operator of the brewery since his will shows the majority of his
possessions as brewery items.
